The second bid section of Beijing Yanqing Winter Olympic Village and Yanqing Mountain News Center project is located in the east of the south area of the core area of Yanqing competition area. The building is a steel structure residential building with hotels and supporting facilities, covering a total area of 12.88 hectares, a total construction area of 58000 square meters, and a maximum span of 9 meters. The single project includes: 4 floors above the ground in the athletes' 3# group, with a building height of 18.55 meters; Athletes' 4 # and 5 # groups have 1 floor underground and 5 floors above the ground, with a building height of 21.83 meters; The athletes' 6# group has 2 floors underground and 5 floors above the ground, with a building height of 23.35 meters; The underground floor of the north area of the public cluster has 2 floors above the ground, and the building height is 21.5 meters.


The project includes international area, operation area, residential area and other functional areas, which can provide international and professional Winter Olympic services for athletes and team officials during the games. The project won the gold medal of China steel structure.
