The project is located in Xiuying District in the northwest of Haikou City, Hainan Province, and the west side is seamlessly connected with the new harbor; It is adjacent to Binhai Avenue, the main urban road in the East, about 500m away from Nangang, connected to haixiu Expressway and new harbor, and close to Hainan round the island high-speed railway; At the same time, it is adjacent to the tourism industry and the central headquarters economic zone. The total planned land area of the project is 675 mu; The total building area is about 960000 m2, of which the building area of plot 5 is about 279000 m2. The building function is a commercial complex, which is divided into two underground floors and four above ground floors. The structure length is about 380m, the width is about 168m, and the elevation of the 4-storey structure is about 25.4m. The structural form is concrete-filled steel tube column steel beam frame damping wall; The steel column adopts round pipe column and box column. H-shaped steel beam and box shaped steel beam are adopted for steel beam.


The project is positioned as "a new territory of global experience interactive port city integration". With tax exemption as the core, it covers tax retail, cultural entertainment, business office, catering and accommodation, and helps Hainan to build an international tourism consumption center.
