The project is located in the city of tunapuna, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in South America, adjacent to pialko International Airport. The bridge crosses the Churchill Roosevelt Expressway and connects the northern region with the International Airport, which is of great significance to the local people's livelihood and economic development.

The bridge is an arched skew steel plate girder bridge. The main structure is six h1600 * 400 * 16 * 60 H-shaped steel beams, which are connected with each other through supports. The material used is American Standard corrosion-resistant steel ASTM gr50w, which is processed and accepted in full accordance with the requirements of American Institute of steel structures (AASHTO AWS d1.5m d1.5-2015).

The length of the main steel beam is 72.4m, and it is fully bolted and butted in three sections. In order to ensure the accuracy and overall dimension of the bolting, the process methods such as template drilling, parts pre arched blanking, full-length ground sample processing, and overall assembly and various process control measures are adopted, so as to promote the actual penetration rate of on-site installation to reach 100%, and the deviation of the shape and size is within ± 3mm, achieving the goal of creating a "high-quality project".
